Arup expands SE Asia renewable energy team with new appointment

Global engineering firm Arup has appointed industry expert Lynn Dimayuga as its energy leader, based in the company’s Manila office, the Philippines. She will focus on the development of renewable energy in the Southeast Asia region, particularly in solar, wind and hydropower.

Ms Dimayuga specialises in project management and technical advisory services, with a track record of managing numerous technical due diligence and large-scale renewable energy projects in Southeast Asia for several other international consultancy firms.

In her new role, Ms Dimayuga will grow the local and regional renewable energy capabilities to better serve Arup’s clients, providing strategic and technical advice to deliver renewable energy solutions to the Southeast Asia market as a greener form of energy generation.

“Lynn’s breadth of knowledge and hands-on experience will help build the energy team’s capabilities in regional renewable energy business and deliver energy advisory services across the Southeast Asia region,” said Peter Thompson, East Asia energy business leader at Arup.
